Website Redesign
The Highland Chamber of Commerce was in the market for a complete website overhaul. It was long overdue because the Chamber had evolved quite a bit and the origianal website was equipped to handle the new features. The new website needed to showcase the Chamber and provide information to all the members as well as prospective members and visitors/residents of the Town of Highland. At our initial meeting with the Chamber, we discussed everything that the website would need in terms of design and content. The new site needed to be extremely user friendly and it had to 'show the times' with a new and modern style. |

PBD suggested a few ideas in the design department. We all wanted to hit on the main points of the Chamber and have that information easily accessible from the home page as well as the subpages. We thought about what the members and townspeople might be looking for and then PBD suggested navigation and a break down of the pages that would be included. PBD featured a page for events that would be happening around town as well as a page for joining the Chamber and resources for people visiting or moving. This important information is the core of the Chamber and shows that they are providing valuable services and information. |

The ability for members and prospective members to join and renew their membership online was also very important. Different options were provided for different payment methods. One option was the use of PayPal because it is a widely trusted service. The ablitly for members to register for meetings online is also provided through the use of PayPal for ease of use on both sides of the website. Visit the website: |
